Islam inspires 75% of terrorism in the world. Is it no surprise that no muslim country is helping US in the war to protect muslims? Did you know that the radicals want barbaric Sharia Law in the west and the moderate muslims too are supporting it?

I think the plan is to fight Wacko-Extremist muslims to save moderate muslims. Trouble is, it's becoming harder to tell the difference!

Islam doesn't inspire terrorism, oppression does.

Many Muslims supported us after 9/11, but we alienated them by going to war against Iraq (which had nothing to do with 9/11), and with Muslims in general.

If we hadn't been supporting brutal and oppressive governments for over half a century, they'd have nothing against us.

They do not want to impose Sharia law on others; many Muslims don't even believe in it themselves.

Whoever has been telling you otherwise has been lying to you.

BTW, you don't protect people by slaughtering them, torturing them, raping them, and destroying their homes.

i'm no longer Muslim yet i ought to assert neither- the taliban for instance were verry opressive to Muslims- Al Queda did not merchandise to that. at the same time as some one works with a authorities that smashed human beings for lestinin to song they look struggling with for opression. They probbly have some twisted view of Islamic delight.

I do not believe that we are fighting the Muslim's. We are only fighting the 'Extremist' of the Muslim's. The insurgents did not come to Iraq because 'We' showed up - if you remember - They 'Extremist' hit us in New York, Washington D.C. and In Pennsylvania (on it's way to Washington D.C.???). I just pray that Extremism ends! People should accept each other as people without judgments. Of course the Sharia Law works that way - Look at what they do to their own people.

I hope not, because that's a strategy for certain defeat. You can't defeat an enemy by trying to save him, you have to try to destroy him - once defeated, imposed salvation is presumably an option. Unpalatable, I know, but the US should have thought of that before it declared an un-declared a 'War on Terror.'
