What countries are people allowed in that have commited in the u.s.?

I was convicted of dist of pcp in 1979.I received A 4 year sentence.in 1990 I was convicted od dist of cocaine I received 10 years.i've been out since 1996.I haven't commited any new crimes.And will not be breaking the law in the future.
