Where is the battery on a 2000 Vino 49cc.?

The guys at the local dealership told me under the mat on floorboards, but the 2000 had no mats, then they said maybe under the seat, but I can't figure out how to get to the battery if it is there!

Look behind the black plastic cover, just below the front of the seat.

They don't have one.You have to pick it up and shake it like those new battey free flashlights.
