brown = old blood.
could be from having intercourse?
did you have intercourse in the last 48 hrs?
doctor said its completely normal to spot after sex (or a pap smear). and sometimes after a bowel movement.
as long as its not bright red, heavy .. or having any cramps .. dont worry.
it could also be old blood coming down from implanation bleeding when you first got pregnant.
totally normal :)
good luck! God bless!

The brown discharge is old blood sitting in the vagina or at the cervix. Because your baby is starting to grow and so is your uterus, the old blood gets pushed out through the cervix before the mucous plug is fully formed. It has no place else to go but out.
It is nothing to be scared of. I had it also and totally freaked out. I called my doctor and they told me to rest and if it became bright red, to go to the emergency room.
If you want to cover all your bases and be on the safe side, give your doc a call and let him know whats going on. Also-I would refrain from sex or orgasm for a while after it stops.
Good luck.

It might be some spotting. You would only need to be concerned if you saw right red blood or if you had bleeding + cramping.
It might also be discharge from having intercourse recently or having a vaginal exam at the doctor's office.
Congrats on your pregnancy!

old blood most likely Call your doctor and get checked out, considering how far along you are I don't know if you have a doctor yet so call and ask if they think it needs attention they will tell you to go to the ER
