if i get a low grade on MCAT i dont go to medical school? whoever gets into medical do they ALL go on?

Most schools have a lowest required grade on the MCAT to get in. It may vary by school.

Once you graduate from med school, you don't have to go on, but most do - it's a shame to waste all the money to go and not work in the field. It may be different if you want to be a research doctor and not practice, but if you practice you have to do an internship and residency.
