You should attend the best business school that your schedule and finances permit. California University of Technology is an UNACCREDITED school. A degree from an unaccredited school is close to useless. You can check on accreditation at http://www.chea.org/search
You can get a bachelors degree in Business Administration from University of Wyoming online. http://outreach.uwyo.edu/ocp/
University of Wyoming is not only regionally accredited, but the business program is accredited by the AACSB, which is the best business program accreditation available in the U.S. if not the world. Tuition costs for University of Wyoming are very inexpensive also at $134 per credit hour.

US News and BusinessWeek both rank MBA programs. Start there.
