I guess you're asking about magma, which is rock that's been melted usually where continental plates meet. The friction generated by the collision between these plates melts the underlying rock which eventually can find its way to the surface in volcanoes.

if you mean meteorites they are too small between 100 to 1 cm
because of the high temperature of the atmosphere and they little size they will burn and turn to ashes
