I always feel my ovulation pain. It's pretty severe, like cramping and pinching pain.

I had that ovulation pain on the morning before TTC (same day) and I got pregnant.

You are supposed to TTC the day before and after ovulation, just to be sure. Sperm can survive for 24 hours, and the egg is fertile for about 3 days I think.

Some women report ovulation pain, and can tell you which ovary released an egg. But everyone is different. This could be what you felt, but it could also have been any number of other things. If you did indeed ovulate, you could definitely could have conceived. But it's hard to say if that is when ovulation took place, unless your using some method of detection, like charting or OPKs. But definitely your window of opportunity was there if that is when you ovulated. Babydust!

When I was trying for my last baby I had ovulation cramping, and 2 weeks later, implantation cramping! There is definately a chance of pregnancy! Good luck!
