The calcium in plant tissues is mainly just ions dissolved in the fluids and tissues of the plant. Some of it is bound by proteins, but I'm guessing that a lot of it is just dissolved in the intracellular and extracellular fluids.

Certainly only a small part of the magnesium in a vegetable would be in the form of the chlorophyll. Most of it would also just be dissolved in the fluids of the plant.
