I don't see any problem with capital punishment nor having hanging as one of the methods.
For the most heinous crimes in our society I see nothing wrong with this. Why is it any more "cruel or unusual" than any other method? Until someone is electrocuted, injected with lethal poison, gassed, hanged, etc, how does anyone truly know what the most compassionate method is?

Hanging, electric chair or injection is all death penalty so it not really a big difference. Furthermore, I thought George Bush should be more interested in going around killing his 'so called terrorist' (Which made up majority by countless of innocent civilian) that he wouldn't really bothered himself with such silly issue.

if your asking in a sensible manner the answer is YES it should be brought back in UK as for America they have their own 4 ways of execution

It was never outlawed. In some states its an option. I remember an execution expert had to set one up. It wasn't recent but it wasn't that long ago either. I believe the hanged choose the method rather than state imposed.
