Will he be able to accomplish this before his term expires or will he just leave this to the next President Hillary Clinton?

Rove forgot to tell Bush what the words honesty and Integrity really mean before Bush gave that speech. Why don't you Liberals go out and ask a few people in other Countries what they think of America right now? The people of the World would certainly clear this matter up forever!
Oh, and idea of Hillary Clinton being President is laughable because American's including almost all the woman I know say that America is not ready for a female President!
The fundamentalist's God loves Bush!

Hillary has a much better chance of getting the job done. It would take a real man to restore honesty and integrity to the White House and Hillary is much closer to being a real man. At least she is for real , man. Did Bush talk about anything without lying and/ or sounding like an idiot?

He purely ran against Bush interior the primaries in 2000. not an identical ingredient as working head to head against a guy from the different occasion. In 2004 John Kerry made a large deal approximately being a conflict hero and human beings truthfully offered that line. So McCain being a miles better hero used it this time. besides the undeniable fact that it did not look to make any distinction. Obama gained, a guy who not purely did not serve, he in no way had to stand the draft and evidently he in no way even fired a gun. i think of he will do an excellent Neville Chamberlain impersonation.

Obviously, this is a promise that the president has broken. There's not way he can restore his credibility before he leaves office unless he comes to his senses, ends this war and BRINGS OUR TROOPS HOME!
Let's hope the next administration actually has a conscience.

Honesty and Integrrity? Bush? No, I don't think he'll accomplish this, not when there passing the buck to be done. He's put us into debt, into war, and I'm sure on more than a few nations "Lists". If he can restore honesty and integrity, then I'm Winnie the freakin' Pooh.
Which I'm not.

Rose Law Firm billing records. Whitewater Land deal. Vince Foster's personal files. Ron Brown's unexplained bullet hole in his head. Juanita Broderick. HillaryCare. Commodity investment scams. Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy.

Maybe Hill can get Bill and Nancy to help her with that honesty and integrity thing.

The jokes on us, eh? He will never get back his integrity or dignity. He should just button up for the next 647 days, 23 hours and 46 minutes. Let Congress take control, so the next Democratic prez doesn't have to fix ALL of his f-ups.
