There are paint removers on the market for just that purpose...to remove paint from surfaces.

The problem is that it hasn't been shown that it would work on leather.

I would try the product on a piece of leather that is not normally visible and see if it will work without destroying the leather.

Other than that, there is a black leather or vinyl spray paint that would cover the white up. Just scratch the white surface with sandpaper, wipe it clean and spray.

Good Luck!!!

White Oil Based Paint

The secret is to act quickly whilst the paint is still wet. Remove the excess using a knife or wallpaper scraper, taking care not to scratch the surface, and work from the outside in to avoid spreading it further. Once the bulk is removed, mop up the rest with a cloth or paper towel, again working from the outside. Finally, clean the area with Leather Shampoo. It is tricky once the paint is dry. If it won’t come off with LTT Maxi Cleaner, then I’m afraid there’s nothing you can safely use without damaging the leather. Don’t be tempted to use brush cleaner, white spirit, turps or nail varnish remover as these are likely to damage the leather finish and make final repairs difficult or impossible. Instead, leave it to the professionals who should be able to reduce the paint stain and colour over any residues. It may also be a good idea to contact your insurance company. Hope this helps
