You could try coming up with a website idea and combine that with advertising via Yahoo! or Google's context-sensitive advertising. You place ad banners on the site, the banners get populated with ads that are relevant to the type of material on your site.

It's a lot of work, but it's one easy way to potentially make money. Just follow the rules closely so that you don't end up violating them and getting kicked out of the ad programs; for example, you make money on the site by having people click on the ads delivered to your site, but they need to click on them on their own, without being encouraged or coerced, and you can't click on your own ads or the ad services may detect that activity and close your account.

you don't mention anything as to the level of investment.

A website is a very inexpensive thing to start up - $60 a year in some cases. Using this website, you could join affiliate programs (see ABestWeb.com for examples of these). For example, Dell will pay you 1% of the total bill if someone buys a computer from their site after clicking a link on your site. So you put a link on your website to Dell, and if you can get people to click, you'll make money.

The other part of this is advertising and content - your site can't just be a bunch of links - you need to SAY something useful. What kinds of things do you like and know a lot about? Consider a video game review site where you write about all the games you have played. Maybe offer tips and tricks and hints and codes. Then, find a company who has an affiliate program and deals with video games - blockbuster, hollywood video, gamefly, the list is endless. Now put links to those sites on your site and people will inevitably click them.

The final piece is advertising. Tell people about your site. Make up flyers and post them near your local video store, at your school, at the mall, near an arcade, etc. You might also want to invest in Google AdWords which is a program Google has that basically says "When someone searches for [SOME_TERM], we'll put a link to your website on the VERY TOP where it is likely to get clicked, and charge you 5 cents." Of course, if someone else is paying 5 cents, you'll have to pay 6.

You could help your advertising by looking into something called SEO - Search Engine Optimization. These are techniques you can use on your website to help get it to the #1 spot without having to pay, so instead of paying Google 5 cents, you pay them nothing.

Good Luck.

Unfortunately, there isn't. I am an adult and have tried so many of these things, even spent money for programs which aren't worth anything. Try to find another way and don't waste any time or money on all these "Get Rich Quick" deals.

WARNING! WARNING!

13 year olds don't belong on the internet in the first place.

anyone that would hire you will cheat you on the money they pay kids your age compared to what they would pay a grown up. that is if they pay you at all.

some of these online businesses that pretend to hire kids are really sex offenders trying to get your address so they can kidnap, rape or kill you.

since you can't tell them apart it's best to avoid them all.

i promise you that you will make more money mowing lawns or delivering newspapers than you will on the internet.

You could write articles, sell on eBay,make a website, take surveys. In some cases, you may have to set up an account in your parents or guardians name, and ask them to pay you, after they get the money for your work. More details are available at http://www.pcworkathome.net/jobsforminors.html
