Frozen most of the time. Fresh during the summer.

They're both good. Fresh are fantastic in salads, but with meals it's much faster to make a box of frozen veggies. I think they're down in nutrients a little from fresh, but still you're getting some.

Fresh go bad too quickly so I prefer the frozen ones.

Fresh if at all possible. But sometimes frozen veggies are better for certain things. Like frozen spinach for a spinach lasagna. And frozen peas for a rice pilaf. I guess it just depends!

In my opinion, nothing beats fresh veggies! I can fill up on those! Frozen takes a way far behind second place, and canned veggies takes last! Have a great day! Annie
