Head over to http://www.zamzar.com and choose the option for it to be converted to an mp3. Have you got a musician account on myspace as that is what you need to upload your music?

I think you need to be a bit more clear in your question. What do you mean by "normal music tracks"? Do you mean tracks on a music CD? If that is what your are asking about then my answer is ...
You need CD ripping software. There are lots of software out there that can do this. My personal recommendation is CDex. CDex will take your CD tracks and turn them into mp3's

Download Audacity (Freeware)and LAME and save the files as MP3.

convert the song using the windows media player then import it into my space.
