I have a one year old and breast fed for 10 months. I got back on Yasmin and am on my 2nd pack. I am supposed to start my 3rd pack on Sun but I have not started my period yet. I had one last month and was spotting earlier this month. I took a test yesterday and it was neg. but I thought I should have started by now. I have been cramping since Tues and here it is Friday and nothing. I am scared to start a new pack of pills if for some reason I may be preg and the test was wrong. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

For the first three months, it is possible that you will have an irregular period. Keep taking the pills, and take another test. I've missed periods on birth control before and I have no babies! LOL. Don't worry. If you took a pregnancy test it and it was negative, its very unlikely that you are pregnant. Plus, taking the pill won't hurt your baby if you are pregnant! But do make sure to see your doctor if you miss more then one period in a row! Good luck.

it variety of feels unlikely.. From what I understand (it is been a protracted time because Human progression class) the reason females have classes is to scrub the lining of the uterus to grant the best a threat 'homestead' to a fetus.. while you're pregnant, that lining may well be in use, so in case you have been to have a era, it would might desire to be particularly easy,, nonetheless, in case you think of you're pregnant, that's a rapid attempt the two on the well being care expert's place of work or from the pharmacy..

I think you're right to hold off on taking the pills, just in case.
