Yeah they can but I would advise you to let them make you crazy. I used to have to take care of a cousin with schizophrenia and she was also bipolar. I just talked to her like she was a regular person and then if I had any problems I let her see how "crazy" I can get.

Yes I think they can. You really have to take a break and concentrate on keeping your wits about you when talking to some of them.

It might be just the more sympathetic personalities that have this problem, I don't know for sure.

Yes, they are toxic. Stay far away from crazies. That is one of the lessons I had to learn!
