Click on the link -- it went to waste because of poor planning on the storage (and distribution).

Bush did replace many of FEMAs more experience management with his own people, many whom had no experience.

But politicians in general do that kind of stuff WAY to frequently!!

Do we need a policy change to protect certain types of departments?

Why isn't the government able to legitimately outsource jobs to bidders? Thats how you get more for your money, of course, if that is what you want.
