Probably not. Since you didn't carry though with his surgical recommendation, he didn't actually CAUSE you any medical or physical harm. Good for you for getting alternate opinions.
And by the way, just because you think he misdiagnosed doesn't mean that's what really happened. It may be that in HIS medical opinion, this was the best option, or maybe he didn't have enough experience with your condition to recommend anything else. Its not that he's malpracticing, he's simply of a different mind set.

I had an identical concern or perhaps have been given anemic from bleeding plenty, and that i will honestly say that the hysterectomy replaced right into a God-deliver. I rather advise it on your mom, I even have in no way felt extra powerful after combating my classes, i'm a sparkling me. and that they did not might desire to decrease me up the two, they use a manner the place they might eliminate it vaginally, you heal swifter too. I even have not had any issues because.

Get another opinion...someone unbiased, and not in affiliation with the ones who say it's a misdiagnosis.
You can't do anything to the doctor being you didn't get the hysterectomy and then find out it wasn't necessary.
You can be thankful you have a good enough brain to not accept just one opinion.

This is just one doctor's opinion - you cannot take legal action. Different drs have different opinions. I suggest you not see this doctor any longer if you don't trust & agree with him.

You need to realize that a doctor is human. Humans make mistakes.

Your best best is to call an attorney that deals with malpractice suits and ask! Usually they won't charge you if you just call!
