The same thing that happens to everyone who files false police reports, she should be brought up on charges. From what I read, this isnt the first time she's tried to do this, but it should be made to be the last time. Filing false charges against people ruins their lives, and even when the charges are dropped, the damage is already done and cant be repaired. They are branded with that stigma for the rest of their lives. If someone does something wrong, they should face the music and take their punishment, end of story, not be coddled and made excuses for.

What should happen is that she should do some jail time, but she's getting off again. Why? I'd really like the answer to that. Now that the media has exposed her name and photo, she's toast. She should really think about a different line of work. Walking around with nut of 5 guys up in you is nasty. She should also take a hard look at herself in the mirror, cuz she ain't stripper material, and neither is her friend.

Nothing! Although the records are sealed, she apparently has mental problems and (as the Attorney General of South Carolina stated) she believes each of her stories.
The person that is at fault is the former District Attorney.

THis has been asked and I am sure you can think of many hateful things yourself, so email the new D A.
It was one woman, who is very sick, and she will be prosecuted, the same way anyone who "bears false witness" OR WRONGLY ACCUSES is...
The attention this has gotten will assure it...
Rest easy knowing she will pay more and be persecuted far more than those men...
I for one am glad of it, but my intention is that she pay for the crime, not hatefulness.
