Child molestation is not legal anywhere - sort of. You see, the definition of what is a child and what is molestation is a legal one.
In about half of the United States, the federal government and the military, childhood ends at 16 for sexual purposes (it stops at 14 for other laws). In some country, childhood stops at 12, someplaces perhaps younger.
In some cases, people cannot legally have sex until they are 21.
