Sometimes. This past weekend I threw a kitchen timer against the wall. Once I threw a container of yogurt at my husband. I have a good aim, too. Oh yes, I once threw a bowl of canned peaches. That wasn't fun to clean up, let me tell you :-0

I have been know to do that, yes. I threw the PS2 game controller a while back because I got mad at the game and it sailed right through the bedroom window, arg. I was mad at the hubby one day and we were outside. I threw a big old rock at him. I missed, thank goodness.

Sometimes, yes!
I think it's one of the main ways people deal with anger without shouting or screaming, along with punching or hitting things!

Yeah, I have had my moments. Just don't throw your car keys at your kitchen tiles when you are trying to sell a house. It does not make you happy.

Not normally, but a few weeks ago I threw 3 pieces of paper when I was off-the-wall mad. (Guess my anger management class worked, huh?)
