Depending on the crime, yes, I believe so, but I don't think they should be kept in prison with older individuals, they should be with peers their own age.

Depends on what the crime is they commited. If a juvenile rapes or does something like that to someone yes they should be treated like adults do. Rape is rape no matter what the age is. If a juvenile kills or tries to kill someone they should be locked up in the big boy prison. Juveniles get away with a lot of crap that they should be punished big time for. Juveniles need stricter punishment just like adults because they don't get in trouble and that's just telling them that it's alright what their doing. So yes I think Juveniles should be treated like adult criminals do.

In most cases they are treated as adults when they commit capital offenses, ie. Rape, Murder, ect. Are they treated differently where you are at? And for capital offenses, I say yes, they should be treated as adults. Do the crime, pay the price.
