That's quite an interesting question - spiders have (depending on the family) fairly simple "lung" setups - really just a sort of pocket in the abdomen where oxygen transfer to the 'blood' can take place in a protected area. While it might be useful to the spider to be able to eject foreign material from that 'pocket', I'm not aware that there are any muscle arrangements there that could be used to compress the 'lung' area to create such a thing as a cough or a hiccup. I don't know that anyone has really looked at such a thing, though - maybe someone who keeps tarantulas and watches them very closely could answer your question better - see if you can find a "tarantula pets" newsgroup or listserv. Good luck - and maybe that's a question you could find the answer to yourself, you know; many scientists got started by thinking of neat questions that nobody seemed to know a good answer for!

No. Hiccuping requires a diaphram which they do not.
Sneezing requires nerves directly linked to their respiratory system (also lacking). Coughing is an automatic attempt to clear your respiratory tract of substances which inhibit breathing. By possessing an exoskeletal design, their respiratory tract does not draw from a single source.

Spiders dont have noses. Their lungs are in their abdomen and the openings for the lungs are on the underside of the abdomen not where the fangs are.

No. Those are activities that are the result of having lungs - and spiders don't have lungs. They breathe through holes in their bodies called spiracles that let air in.
