You hire a lawyer and you fight this battle! Good Luck!

If you signed your parental rights then I don't see how you could get him back. If thats what you mean by 'papers' that you signed. Have they legally adopted him? Did they go to court in anyway? They only thing I could tell you to do is talk to a lawyer and see if anything can be done.

You need to call a lawyer.

My guess is that the papers you signed did not actually have a stipulation that you would get your child back after you were on your feet.

If they verbally told you you could have your son back, but you signed papers that were permanent, the papers are valid, the verbal agreement is not.

If the papers you signed didn't state somewhere that you'd be able to get him back, then you're going to have one big battle on your hands. But it's well worth it. Find a good attorney, and have at it. Best of luck to you, hope you get the little guy back!

I wish you the best of luck. There is no better place for a child to be than with loving parents. I suggest you hire a good lawyer.

if your situation has changed to the point where you are now back on your feet and everything is sorted then you have every right to take it back to court and win back full custody, the courts dont really like to take children away from parents so if you can prove your stable you will get him back, i really really hope you get him back, i couldnt imagine not holding my son whenever i wanted to.

You need to get an attorney, and they'll tell what needs to be done.
