I would say it was becuase of bad decisions by PCB and lack of descipline in the players !there were some black sheeps in this department who are too selfish to think of the Pakistan ! they destroyed it with their dirty politics........making wrong decision over and over have made the situation worse, secondly players were overconfident and were lacking the professinal approach towards this game....they were not united plus some other factors have made Pakistani cricket a mess ! Also luck didn't favour them and Woolmer's death had put even worse effect on all this situation ! younis khan could be the best captain for Pakistan but again he want to have more power like inzi and PCB is not allowing it...as this thing had already brought a great damage... it would be a great loss for Pakistan if he realy mean his words....But Anyway.........Pakistani cricket is standing no where this time........ See whts comes out now!

Ireland is out of the world cup now after losing their matches in Super eight !

Ireland is out of the World Cup and are the only one who cannot qualify from the Super 8s. And teams sometimes do have bad days at the office to get shock results. it is not a new thing. Pakistan being beaten by Ireland was a bad day for Pakistan. But I think that Bangaladesh beating India and South Africa is more to do with good play from Bangaladesh than bad play from others (Although that is part of it).

While there have been reports that Yunis Khan has set out certain terms for accepting captaincy and PCB are not ready to accept the terms put forward by Yunis Khan, I have read reports today that Yunis Khan has declined to accept the captaincy though PCB have agreed to accept his terms and conditions because of ill treatment given to the players of the world cup squad and their families by the public and he is even considering his retirement from ODI. I think that the captaincy issue will be sorted out by PCB shortly.

As far as Ireland are concerned, they are virtually out of world cup. From the performance of Ireland and Bangladesh, it is very clear that they are capable of causing jupsets onl;y once in a while and are not able to perform well consistently.

Ireland will be out as soon as the super eight are over.

It possible they only got in because of match fixing. but pakistan could of just had a bad day and Ireland a very good one. I think with the murder that there was match fixing.
