PLEASE don't give Sharpton and Jackson any ideas! The sad but true thing is that the real reason he got fired was because of money. The advertisers were the ones that caused him to get fired. Good or bad though, least Imus is getting 1000% more publicity than he normally would. If I was him Id go Sirius. Check my link below out for someone who put this story in to perspective.

O, and Acrtic W, get a life, if you don't agree with the question why even click on it? And if you don't have anything better to do than post responses like that, go get a job yourself.

A few years ago a Brooklyn man sued Santa Claus for not giving him good presents as a child. The bearded St Nick failed to show up in court......so this precedent leaves Santa open to litigation of course, I am not sure the US has an extradition treaty yet with the North Pole......so I would surmise that it would be hard to punish him.

The Rutgers team accepted Imus's apology. Imus was just being "Imus". Heck no, Santa won't get into trouble - he comes bearing gifts!

How messed up is that that he was fired? Its unfortunate how quick those bleeding hearts are to jump on the bandwagon....Im waiting now to see if a lawsuit is filed....if so, our judicial system really needs to start monitoring just what a lawyer is permitted to sue for! People need to realize Imus and Howard Stern are of the same mold...they are comediennes...not news journalists. Can I get the next person that calls me a hunky or cracker fired?

It really depends on who is talking too. If he came down the chimney and said it to your grandmother, mother and sister maybe he'd get in trouble or maybe you would give him a pass.

Yes, he will be suspended, fined, then fired from being Santa Clause. He will be replaced with Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson, both of whom will not offend anyone...as long as everyone is black and hates white people

You is a fool, a funny fool but a fool none-the -ess.

In the new scenario, Santa is a Pimp, and is spending a little of the loot on his money making H's. Funny!
