there labeled for the L to fit correctly in our left ear and R to fit correctly in your right ear. thats all...

well,the ipod divides the sound into two parts- the right sound effects and the left sound effects.the right one generally focuses on the voice and the right one on the music.not entirely i mean.thus the sound effects will not be that good.
but if u are a lefty like me and ur left ear is stronger,u can do it!!!
