It is made of lamb generally but when the shop closes for the night the lamb cools down and then is warmed up the next day. Quickest way of getting a stomach bug.

hello i love doner kebabs the are made from lamb that is the honest truth dont take notice of what some of the idiots have put on here,if they cant give you a straight answer and tell you the truth then why do the bother answering.hope this helps,and good luck,
