I am in Athens, Greece. (Hellas I prefer saying).
I am not nationalist -which I hate- but I really love my country and I am proud of its History. I love the landscapes, the islands, the sea, the mild winters, the warm summers, its music, its people.
There are other countries which I have visited and I like them too much but I don't think I could ever live somewhere else than my country.

I am British, Or English, for those that are sensitive about these things. Having thought about it, I prefer to describe myself as 'fortunate' rather than 'proud', because I had no hand in it, I just happened to be born here. That said, and having given it a little more thought, I suppose that I can be proud of what has been collectively achieved in the past as a nation, and to be born unto one of those that helped bring this about. People often take it to a lower level, eg. I am proud to be Yorkshire.
I have to say though, even though it spoils the party, I am increasingly feeling less fortunate and/ or less proud than I used to be, particularly over the last ten years.

I am British and proud! Im proud of being British due to many things on many levels and of course there are somethings i think "i wish we hadnt done that as a nation" but such is life :)
Britain is a country rich in art, music, entertainment, its history is varied and complex. Far more than this im proud to be British due to the simple fact that it is the land which has sustained me and in many ways shaped me - thats something to feel proud of :)

I am South African , brought up in apaartheid , but free to be part of the rainbow nation now. I like every one else did not choose where or to whom I was born and i think i will be proud of any nationality as long as i have pride in myself. rsa is a bit of a controversial country ,and despite being far from perfect , i think it has come a long way.Every country has its traditions and behaviours which make up part of who we are ,so yes i am proud.

I'm Welsh and very proud to be one of only 3million ! I love Wales because I live in a tight knit community, and after a recent tragedy in my life everybody has pulled together to help me and my children. I don't think it would be the same in every community.
I also love the scenery- fantastic beaches and coastline and lots of wilderness. It really is a beautiful place, spiritually as well as aesthetically. It is home.

I'm argentine.
I agree with J. Krishnamurti when he says that nationalities can only create separation and enmity between people. I can not be proud of something like that.

I am a proud Nicaraguan/American. I think though that the proud to be an American thing is corny. So I'd rather say I'm a proud Nicaraguan. America is lame.
