Whenever my kids were younger and would ask that. I'd say "yes" and pull over into the nearest safe area. Sometimes it would be the middle of nowhere. Sometimes it would be a gas station. Once it was the parking lot of a fence company. After stopping at several 'non-fun' destinations, my kids stopped asking.
