WHAT IS THE STATUS NOW THAT HE IS OUT ON BAIL IS HE GOING TO BE CHARGED WITH THIS CRIME
AND BE SENT BACK TO MEXICO

The last I heard, he is out on bail, and our government agreed to send him back to Mexico, but he is appealing it. I think its ridiculous to do this to the man that was able to capture a serial rapist. Our government couldn't do it, and he did, and he is going to be punished for it. If our government is going to ignore all of the "illegals" coming here from Mexico that are not obeying our laws, why should we give the Dog back and obey their laws?

Last October, the Mexican court granted a stay in his case and extradition, so it's on hold for now. He's carrying on as usual.
Mexicans are understandably leery of people snatching others off the street (they have too much of that in Mexico, what with drug machines and political corruption).
The best solution would be if the Mexican court could see the difference between capturing a fugitive felon, and kidnapping a political rival. If that is impossible, the the US should refuse extradition and keep the Dog free.

I hope not...

If you go to his website it has a copy of the letter that our federal government sent to Mexico asking him to be released of all charges.

I've been looking and looking for information regarding this and so far have found nothing.

I really do not want him, his son nor his brother returned to Mexico. They won't live long if they are returned. Mexico's jails/prisons are not the safest places to be.
