In other words, do you fix him a snack and a drink and bring it to him without him asking or does he have to ask you?

I do it for him. I always fix his plate, make sure he has plenty of tea in his glass. I fix him snacks and bring it to him. If he has been working outside for some time, I will bring him something cool to drink and offer to help him with what he is doing or take a break with him a few minutes and talk. If he mentions a food he hasn't had in a while, I try to make it for him soon, or soon after the next grocery trip. He works very hard and I like to comfort him with the little things that I can do for him. Some feminists may laugh at me, but believe me, he notices!

I usually fix the both of us a snack. You can always try asking your girl. Or ask her if she wants a snack. Maybe you could both work on it. Be careful though, some girls may get upset. Like someone else said, we aren't slaves. What we do, we do because we love you.

It depends how i'm feeling? He usually will get a beer himself and i serve him his food unless i have somewhere to go and im in a hurry then i would just tell him to fix a plate and put it in the microwave. But as to what i serve him hot or cold, it depends on the wheather outside and what time of the day it is.

Your question is a bit one-sided, don't you think? But, to answer it, yes... I always make sure that my husband is comfortable and content in whatever activity he is doing. But, in a great marriage (relationship) both partners make sure that the other is comfortable and has what they need. So, he also gets me a drink sometimes too.

I do it for him most of the time without him having to ask. If I see his glass is empty I will get him more tea, coffee, whatever just to be nice. We love popcorn, I will make it and bring it in for us while we watch TV.

I should think no woman in her right mind would give the person she loves, husband, bf or children snacks and drinks while they are watching TV. One year....just one year and you will have overweight people in the house

speaking as a man my wife offers but i usually tell her if i want a snack ill get it..if im tired ill ask but she is under no obligation to get me a snakc im a grown man with 2 legs and quite capable of walking to the kitchen

Take your time machine and go back to the 50's. If he wants a snack he gets off his butt and gets it himself as do I.

No really I do try to go out of my way to make people happy. Even the little things like getting them something without them asking:)
