First you will need a progran for creating PDF files. Go to http://download.com and look for the free CutePDF program.

Once installed, it will add a "printer" to your PC which creates PDF files. All you have to do is click on an e-mail, and then print it with CutePDF selected as your printer (it will be added to the drop down list of printers when you install the program). Instead of printing to the physical printer, it will "print" the e-mail to a PDF file.

Repeat for each e-mail.
