Is this the same as the mystic tan? Does anyone do it? How long does it last and is it orangy after or streaky

Since I have to drive 45 minutes to get a mystic tan i occasionally go a local place and get a lady to do the airbrush tan on me. Basically you get undressed and stand on a mat. She comes in and hand sprays you with a little airbrush unit. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes for her to spray and to dry (usually in front of a fan). I wouldn't suggest this if you are uncomfortable being nude in front of anyone. I prefer to wear bathing suit bottoms when getting mine done. Also, it doesn't get near as dark as mystic and doesn't last quite as long either. On the plus side it looks really natural and there are no signs of it being fake. I went 3 times in a row before a family get together and my Mom wanted to know what kind of tanning bed I had been laying in. If you request they can also use it to define certain places like the muscles on your stomach or legs to make them look more defined or toned.

It is the same as a Mystic Tan.. Its Great.. if you go to the right Salon..and from experience ..go to a place were the apply it.. with an airbrush machine.. the result is much better then a Mystic Tan. Oh and it last about 7-10 days.. make sure everytime you shower you don't use any product with Alcohol and always keep your skin moisturized.

my 2 friends did the spray tan last year...at first, they went 3 days a week...the color was orange & after a few days, the color started to flake, which looked a bit like old peeling paint!!! so then they started doing it almost every day, & they looked like horrible mutant pumpkins, with some patches darker, some places peeling...it was a disaster!!! plus, they were spending like $100 a week to do this!!! they just decided to go back using the tanning beds!!!
