Asuming the TV is a High Def TV with RCA input jacks, you simply run an RCA cable from the output of the video card of the PC to the input of the TV.

If the TV is an old, picture tube TV, forget it. WHile it can be done, the different in resolution between the computer and the older TVs is so bad that the picture is very fuzzy and words are unreadable. Not worth the effort.

As long as you have a compatible card, its easy.
