Vacuum them up in the vacuum, and then empty the bag outside. They usually only bother you in the Spring and Summer then they are gone till next year.

Had a Chalet in Gatlinberg, and it had a 2 story glass wall across the rear of the house onto the deck. Every year there were easily hundreds of ladybugs on the glass. They never did any damage at all, but it was annoying to see them inside like that.

They were overwintering in the home and came out the wrong hole......maybe a hole next to a ceiling fixture. Vacuum is the best answer and chemical free. Don't worry, the ladybugs weren't eating anything, they were just hangin' around until spring.
