Supposedly, (Pre-Crisis) WW’s lasso was supposed to be infinitely elastic, just like Superman’s cape.
I think that IF Wonder Woman could get her lasso around Rosie, then, not being able to lie any more, Rosie would cease to exist.

Wonder womans magic lasso is magic, it will fit around anything, including Rosie. Not that it would do any good, Rosie would be so dumbstruck by the Amozon Princess that she would be unable to utted a word, false or not. Hey, maybe it's worth a try.

Yes, it would! Wonder Woman is a very powerful goddess. Instead Wonder Woman would most likely punch rosie so hard and fast that her hand would go right through her skull and then fling her head off. Then she would shake all the blood guts off and BLUBBER off in an instant and be perfectly clean again. The only creature I doubt her lasso wouldn't work on would be DOOMSDAY from Krypton as he was bread to be a god himself and even killed Superman once. As DOOMSDAY only wants to kill and has no real conscious to control magically.
