Who thinks America is setting itself up for a Divine fall, with all this destruction of other countries?

The destuction of other nations and killings of millions of innocent people has to stop somewhere. America has a rap sheet longer than any murderer u can think of, this has to stop

I agree, America is setting itself up for a big fall. People today are so caught up with Sanjaya, Imus, and other garbage like that , that they are failing to see the "real" issues they should be paying attention too. 1) Open borders: everybody know this is the way terrorist are coming into the country but nobody has the political will to "control" the borders because that might make people 'feel' bad. 2) Ugly American:Our taxes are being sucked dry by the current administration trying to take care of a world that hates us! We are a bunch of appeasers and the world knows it. 3) Paper Tiger: We have the most powerful military in the world. If we were in a real war against another country (China, Russia,etc), we would lose. Look what's happening in Iraq; people are killing us with sticks and stones. By appeasing the world, we would not use our "real" weapons and simply lose. Yes, America is guilty of many murders, as every other country in the world is. On the flip side, America is also the biggest contributor, and no, not just to countries we're at war with. As I said earlier, we're dumping millions, if not billions into countries that hate us. Also, if America is as bad as some Americans say it is: 1) why are people risking life and limb to get into this country? Why not just stay in their own country? Because it sucks! That's why! 2) If the America haters don't like America, why don't they just leave?! Because deep down, they know America is the best country in the world! That's why they will never leave, no b@lls! Think about this: we have not won a war since WW2....crazy huh?

If you track the rise and fall of Rome, you will find that our country is running parallel with that history...so is America going to fall? Yup, and it's going to be a lot sooner than most Americans want to believe. We have to learn to take care of our own citizens BEFORE worrying about all the destruction in other countries, what about all the destruction right here at home? How many citizens are still without housing from Hurricane Katrina? How many citizens are without jobs? How many citizens are without food and shelter? Take a good look around this country and you will be shocked at what you will see, and I mean a good look...people are dying everyday from a disease that is treatable but because they can't afford the medication, they end up dying and I'm not talking about cancers, I'm talking about everyday colds, flu's and the like. Decent paying jobs are going overseas, families are loosing everything that they have worked for because of that. Foreclosures are at an all time high, prices of everything ( gas, food, utilities, taxes, etc) are all going up and wages aren't. This is what is going to make America fall, flat on her face if something isn't done to stop the greedy government. Check out the history of the rise and fall of Rome, it's uncanny to our history and to where we are today. Very Scary.
