honestly...If you own a vacant property what would you pay...?

....to have someone come in and clean so it could be rented or sold...or what have you paid?

My Aunt do this and normally charge $50. If, it a first time clean and the house is pretty bad she charge about $70, but, it depends how bad. Some she just walked away.

What you pay depends on the amount of cleaning and the amount of stuff to be carted away.
