Who likes CD's better than downloading music? I love CD's I can't believe they're going out! I know I sound sort of old-fashioned and lame but I like having the fold-out and the coolness of CD's :-)

i luv to buy cd's!!! i have a massive collection!!! i actually have more music on disc than i do downloaded in my computer!!!

I guess i'm old-fashoned to i love going to the store and buying the cd. I do download some songs but i would rather go buy the cd because they work hard on the cds and if you download them they don't get the money which i think is wrong.

Agree! How the heck do people know anything about the producer the session muso's and singers and who wrote the lyrics without the cover notes.
I like reading the lyrics too.
But then a lot of the music that's popular at present is put out by totally disposable "stars". Many who only got a contract though winning a reality T.V.show.
So I guess there is not much value in being stuck with a C.D. you are not going to want anyone to know you ever listened to in 12mths time.

What's probably going to happen initially is the CD's will start containing MP3's and have more music on them. They will be more expensive and only work in CD mp3 players, but mp3 is a better format.

i only download videos.. i bought the cd's and transfer the songs to my laptop and my ipod.. for me, buying cd's is not old-fashioned and lame..
