Have you looked on ebay as they seem to sell lots on there?

Assuming you want prints that represent Irish artisits, among others, a great place is the National Gallery of Ireland. They have an online shop and offer images on canvas as well as paper. I don't know if they are what you would consider cheap, but the ones I bought were very good quality.
