there is this program where someone in india can get a phone with a USA area code, than its free. or, if you are somewhere else in the world, you can try an internet phone, such as skyrocket mabye, i know people in india with an internet phone and than people here call them for free as well

you can use programs like skype and google talk for free to people anywhere in the world

Try Skype, free from your PC to other Skype users PC.

All you need is a headset & Mic.

PC to landline isn't free.
