No! I think he is full of crap! However, the interesting thing to me was that the chick his daughter killed....(can't remember her name)....

In his little flash back she was real close to the guy with the cane and it looks like he is the 'American' that Hawkins was talking about......

I am anxious to see what happens but I still don't believe he was CIA
