Going for an interview next week ..?

Question

When an interviewer asks what are your qualities, what your weaknesses, what is a good weakness to mention?

This is for a team leader position in an office.

Weakness:
You work hard and sometimes struggle with people who do not.

Communication: Things are common sense, expects everyone around you know these thing, so sometimes I fail to communicate the whole picture

Not very good with dealing with firing people. It is hard, because these are people you give your heart to at work, and they do the same to you.

Leave liars behind, work them out of the system. I am a very big proponet of honesty at work, I usually give a person 1 or 2 chances to lie to me, and after that, I sometimes leave them behind, or in the shadows

Hard on self: I am sometimes too hard on myself, and this may be a great motivator, but sometimes I stress out because I am so critical, but this motivates me to be able to better in my job and life. So its likea double edged sword.

Mention something that used to be a weakness, but then say what you've done to resolve it, e.g. You could say you used to find it difficult to meet lots of different deadlines, but then you created a diary spreadsheet to keep yourself up to date.

Never mention a weakness without presenting a solution.

You could mention that as you work well and thrive under pressure you sometimes work on projects near to the deadline... That's not a particularly bad thing as you say you work under pressure. You could also say you are a perfectionist and striving towards perfection that isn't always achievable is difficult...
