Intelligent - Yes! Articulate - He is when he is speaking off the
cuff!
When he is using a prepared speech, he has some problems because the preparer does not use the words or phrases that the President would normally use to express the same idea. The President really needs to get a writer who is more familiar with the his way of speaking.

I read, that Bush's IQ is 101, which makes him as average as it gets. If that is the best we could do from 280 million people to choose in the USA, I am slightly embarrassed to be a citizen.
Naturally a fret boy, who has never grown up like that, stuck in perpetual arrogance and invulnerability of a 17 year old hormone driven mind, would believe his Puppet Masters every word, that he was the greatest. Idi Armin and Stalin had the same IQ.

Yes and I also describe Michael Jackson as a masculine man and Scarlett Johanson as an ugly woman and President Bill Clinton as a faithful man.

What kind of questions are you asking?
Bush is an idiot. Not worthy of being where he is at. He is certainly taking good care of the ultra rich though. He get them maids, and plumbers for free. Too bad Clinton could not have run a third time, he would have taken him and his daddy too and he would have had some fun while being there. IS?...???
