If the kick was deliberate and was the only reason why the stick pushed the puck into the net, then that should, and probably would, be waved off.

EDIT: Hey, Robert, did you intentionally forget to read the whole rule? Try letter "c":

"A goal cannot be scored by an attacking player who kicks any equipment (stick, glove, helmet, etc.) at the puck, causing the puck to cross the goal line."

Sorry, but as I said before, you can NOT deliberately kick your stick to hit the puck in, it's not a goal. period.

That is definitely a goal. The kicking motion only comes into play if the puck goes off the leg or foot. If it goes off the stick before it goes in the net, then the kicking motion does not matter.

It's a goal.
The Nhl Rule book states:

"A kicked puck that deflects off ANY stick (excluding the goalkeeper's stick) shall be ruled a GOOD GOAL. After the puck has been kicked, makes contact with any stick and then deflects off any player (excluding the goalkeeper) and into the net will still be ruled a GOOD GOAL."

That would be goal since in came off your stick. The kicking motion rule comes into play when it actually kicked by the skate.

Yea, thatd be a goal. Considering the last thing to touch it was the stick, its good.

I say a goal... That happend during the Penguins game with Crosby and you could clearly see that he didn't kick it in.. It went off his stick....

Oh well.. They went off to lose anyway....

Any ref worth his whistle would disallow the goal.
