Personally I think they are quite ugly - when they first came out at the start of Summer here in Australia - it seemed everyone was wearing them but I wasnt even interested in trying them on - they just looked horrid - however we have a holiday home near the beach and I thought they would be good for my 4 year old who doesnt like thongs as she doesnt like the part between the toes so I got her a pair and I swear she wore them every day for close to 2 months when they broke - of course now its the end of the season and I cant find any - anywhere in her size - I just bought her another pair off ebay (earlier today actually) she loved them - in the 2 months she wore nothing but those crocs literally! I think they are great for kids but not so good looking on adults.

I personally like mine, although they are not real Crocs, I got the Payless Airwalk version. I DO think the little **** for the holes is insane. I think it's funny that I saw them sold @ a Hallmark store for $15 and then at a dollar store for a buck. I'm just waiting for Paris Hilton to start the 3 carat diamond in the croc trend.

I know what you're saying about them being really ugly but I have to admit that I have a pair. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. You should try a pair you might like them!

I totally agree with you ! I think that are fine for people in the health care profession but that remind me of those ugly jellies that everyone wore in the 80's , although I would have to say the jellies were cuter & more feminine !!!!!

i hate crocs. wear some real shoes people. the only place I think that is appropriate to wear them is either in the garden when doing yard work, you can hose them off or the chefs in restaurants that work in a wet/messy environment.
beyond that they look very very lame.

I totally agree...the thing that really bothers me is the fact that so many people wear them. I think on little kid they can pass, but when adults wear them i just want to scream. The shoes are awful!

Yes, it's a big hit. I personally think it looks terrible. I think only kids and a few guys can get away with that look. It's inexcusable when a lady/woman wears it.

the only reason i wear them is for gardening, as if they get muddy, i can hose them down, and they sit in my sun room to dry off. and are perfectly clean afterwards. other than that, i feel they have no place in a person's wardrobe. certainly not to be going to dinner, or out to the mall.

you need to no longer be so degrading of your brother; it would not mirror very certainly on you. you will possibly be bored to death with him, yet he's your brother, and you need to attend to him thus. So what if he's very much less brainy than you? help him fairly!
