It looks OK except for the folloing:

Since you have not allowed to continue the interview, therefore we won't proceed.

I'd change it to:

Since you have chosen not to continue the interview, we will not proceed.

or

Since you have not allowed us to continue the interview, we won't proceed.


The others are OK -- though I would use the phrase "telephone interview" instead of "telephonic interview" -- unless you are outside the US.

The only sentence I would change is:

Since you have not allowed to continue the interview, therefore we won't proceed.

Change it to:

Since you have chosen to not continue the interview, we will not proceed further.

("allowed" isn't the correct word, and "therefore" isn't necessary.)

they are gammatically correct but maybe the order does not seem to be right ...for example...'thank you' would sound better after the next two sentences
