I was a teenager in the 50s and would love to, at this late date, learn all of the popular dances from that era. It would be so much fun and great exercise!

Strip down to your undies and just feel the groove. That's all that Cruise did. That scene was not even scripted. It was just something that they thought of on the set, and the feeling that Tom put into it, the joy and freedom of a teen home alone, came through and became one of the iconic scenes of the latter half of the 20th century.

Tap into your joy and freedom, whatever it is for you, and just dance.

Just rewatch the movie and when he is dancing just watch him dance and learn the moves. All you have to do is practice. Remember practice makes perfect. Good Luck!
